At Purchasing Power, one of Manish’s most significant achievements was spearheading and mobilizing the Ecommerce Mobility Strategy in record time, resulting in an immediate revenue gain and above-market rates of mobile traffic. In recognition of the mobility innovation and revenue gain, Purchasing Power won the prestigious Bronze 2015 Stevie Award and was ranked #124 in the Internet Retailer 2015. In addition, Manish’s team won the ATP Innovator of the Year, 2015 and has been named a Finalist in the Technology Association of Georgia Awards, 2015.
Improving the customer’s experience and revenue generation are foremost priorities in Manish’s strategic transformation initiatives. He conceptualized and launched Purchasing Power’s Big Data Analytics Strategy which will enable contextual marketing, predictive modelling for customer preferences and cross-selling functionality on channel partners’ portals. At Accenture, Manish led the enhancement of a call center workflow application that optimized satisfaction of both customers and users of one of BellSouth’s major broadband services.
Manish’s career has focused on leading the development of customized and cost efficient product solutions in diverse industries including ecommerce, financial services, government, technology and telecommunications. Most notably, as Product/Development Manager for TRX Inc., Manish created a comprehensive business intelligence framework that was acquired by Citigroup for corporate credit reporting. In an earlier role, Manish led the architecture and design of an asset management system for a software firm and was credited with engineering the service that issues employee identification numbers for the Internal Revenue Service.
